A fresh start for an underused or overwhelming yard.

Clear What Isn’t Working.

Keep What Still Has Value.

The Loop helps make overgrown, neglected, and underused landscapes manageable again - without treating every cleanup like a blank slate.

From Cleanup to Long-Term Care

A one-time cleanup can be the beginning of something better. Follow-up maintenance plans can keep weeds, irrigation, pruning, seasonal planting, and garden health under control.

Nominate Someone Who Needs Help

Cleanup Can Include:

  • Weed and overgrowth removal

  • Basic pruning and garden organization

  • Green-waste cleanup and mulching

  • Pathway and access clearing

  • Irrigation assessment

  • Replanting with native or edible landscapes

  • Reuse or redistribution of suitable plants and materials

Some landscapes become overwhelming because of age, illness, disability, financial hardship, or major life changes. The Loop accepts nominations for volunteer-supported yard cleanups and transformations and works to align resources and volunteers to help our community.
